Things are good! I’m just doing what I need to do to get through each day. This weekend I made a few bad food choices, but, as Rachel reminded me, my bad food choices have changed. Six months ago a bad food day would have been a serious binge. So…I’m making progress.
I went clothes shopping today at a discount store where I don’t usually find cute things in my size. Welllll…I found three cute summer shirts that fit and were less than ten bucks each. Woo! And my jeans, which are tight after washing them (and then get super stretched out), are actually a bit loose coming out of the dryer. Gimmie two woos!
So…that’s that. Things are just kinda coasting along here. Like I’ve said before…it’s kinda boring around here. Amazing how these new habits have become a little bit old hat, you know? I do need to make another change in my diet, though. I haven’t decided what it is yet…but in time. Right now I’m going through some job stress, so I’m trying to make sure that I don’t go back to old binging habits and keep with my healthy choices. Last week, when different work stresses were annoying me, my first thought was “I really need to work out,” instead of “Oh my god, what should I eat?” So…triple woo!
