I’m officially depressed again. Blech. I don’t know why…I just am. My inability to keep a healthy diet for the last few weeks hasn’t helped. And I’ve only been working out twice a week. So…things need to change. And…my usual routine isn’t working for me anymore…so, now I have to step things up. BUT…my feet are killing me…so I guess I have to work through it or something…I dunno.
I got on the scale tonight and IT HASN’T BUDGED. I guess I’m not too surprised, but I’ve still been feeling leaner each week. Whatever.
So…for my sake, tonight’s stats. This time, it’s a two parter! In between strength training and cardio, I had a lull…so…well…here they are.
Strength Training Stats
Exercise Time: 29 mins
Ave HR: 106
Time in Zone: 1 min (!!! haha)
Cals Burned: 169
Cardio Stats (this does not include the ten minutes in which I forgot to start the monitor…but i was maintaining a good average HR of about 155)
Exercise Time: 32 mins
Average HR: 144
Time in Zone: 31 mins
Cals Burned: 451

We all have our ups ‘n downs..hang in there. Society has held us to the weight thing as being the primary goal. As a society, it’s a major hangup. While weight IS important, very important, being lean is a better indicator of health, imo. Be happy that you’re leaner.
You’ll be feeling better soon. Don’t skip your meals…the healthy ones [the chips from the previous entry, didn't help you out...very anti-SB
]
Love you.

thanks, pa.
i am happy that i’m leaner…it would be nice to see that other number go down too. i just have to be patient with myself while i learn how to exercise AND eat well. i need a big learning curve.
oh yeah…i think i’ve learned a big lesson about skipping meals. it’s amazing how quickly my body reacts to the unhealthy food. it’s almost instantaneous. i wish i’d learn to just stay away!! LOL. it’ll come.
love you too!

Take good care of yourself, get some rest, and have a healthy dinner. I’ll see you on Thursday.
How does Saturday at 10 or 11 sound as an alternate time?
