Thursday…wait, that was yesterday! Anyway…Thursday gave a new definition to the words ‘ass kicking!’ My dear trainer really pushed me, and while I didn’t hesitate to complain, it sure felt really, really good. But my legs were so shakey that I could hardly do my cardio! I did twenty minutes on the elliptical and ten on the stair stepper thing…so that’s good. Oh, and my HR monitor worked the entire time. Whew.

Exercise Time: 1 hr 3 mins

Average HR: 134

In Zone: 39 mins

Calories Burned: 752

Now…I’m sore. And the week is over. And I’m SO tired. kaynight
